Automatic Water Dosing for Knock-out / Cooling Drums FRS-T

Water dosing for knock-out / cooling drums FRS-T improves cooling efficiency and enables requirement-based moistening of the used sand. At the same time, it is important to avoid over-moisturising. Therefore, the water quantity can be adjusted precisely to the current requirements.

To further increase the used sand moisture, we also recommend installing an additional moisturising line at the sand outlet of the drum. This allows the desired moisture level to be adjusted precisely while supporting efficient cooling.
