We produce Capacitive Sensor Systems of different design styles, functioning according to the capacitive measuring principle, i.e. determination of the dielectric constant (DC) as a function of moisture. The DC value of most substances is approximately 5, that of water, however, approx. 80. This measuring technique is therefore very suitable for the detection of water.
There are various versions available, covering nearly all applications.
SC 7100
Wedge-shaped design for the installation on conveyor belts.
Depending on material and application the sensor head can be supplied made of Teflon, wear-resistant plastics or full-ceramics.

SC 7200
Bar-shaped design for the installation in containers and storage bins.
Sensors are supplied in lengths between 400 mm and 2300 mm, depending on container or bin size. The protective sheath is either Teflon or glass-fibre reinforced Teflon.

SC 7800
Circular design for installation in mixers, for instance.
Together with the appropriate mounting parts, this sensor is preferably installed in the bottom or the walls of mixing and processing plant.
