Pneumatic Binder Injection BMI

Pneumatic binder injection system for mixers injects bentonite, coal dust, or dry new sand directly into the mixer for fast, even distribution throughout the batch. Achieves homogeneous molding sand even with short mixing cycles.

With fast running mixers the pneumatic addition of additives is of advantage. The additives are distributed uniformly in the mixer and can be worked in quickly.

Different unit sizes are available, in line with the quantities to be handled.
